Omega-3 Salmon Patties

Ingredients
6 oz can Wild Salmon1 omega-3 egg, large6 T rolled oatsOnion - I did a hefty 1/4″ sliceGarlic Salt
Directions
Place egg , oats, onion in mini food processor. Whir :). Add salmon. Whir some more. Place in small bowl and add some garlic salt and mix up better. Shape into two patties. Cook over MEDIUM heat in teflon pan sprayed with nonstick spray. I use Olive Oil spray. Turn over and cook until set.
