Calamari a la Linda

Ingredients
8 tubes of Calamari8 cloves of garlicsalt & coarse black pepperOlive oilAromatFresh CreamLemon Juice
Directions
Remove skin and cut tubes into rings - drain well
crush garlic and fry in shallow pan until turning brownish color
add calamari - allow to boil until it loses most of its juices
sprinkle with aeromat
as it starts to lightly stick to pan add cream scrapping the pan all the time - it should turn a little brown and thick! (depending on the quality of the calamari)
turn the heat down, add lemon juice to taste and remove from stove.




Serving Size: Serves 4 as a meal or 6-8 as a snack
