Salisbury Steak with Onion and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean ground beef1/4 C. Whole-wheat crackers1 lrg. egg2 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary1 tsp. salt1 tsp. garlic powder1 medium onion, cut into thin slices1 clove garlic, minced1 cup beef broth1 can (10.75oz) cream of mushroom soup
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix together ground beef, crackers, egg, rosemary, salt, and garlic powder. form into 4 patties about 1/4" thick. Set aside.

2. Spray 12 inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Cook onions and garlic on medium-high heat until onions are crisp tender. Fry patties for 10 min. on each side or until desired doneness. Remove patties onto a dish and cover with foil.

3. Poor beef broth and cream of mushroom soup into skillet. Heat through. Serve ontop of patties.
