Low Carb Sausage Balls

Ingredients
1 cup of Bisquick1.5 cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 lbs of Jimmy Deans Premium Pork Sausage (HOT)1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
Directions
Heat Oven to 350 degrees
1. Cook sausage and drain completely.
2. After sausage has cooled, mix remaining ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Really work it with your hands making sure to break up any large clumps of sausage.
3. Using a melon ball scoop, scoop and shape the into bite sized balls.
4. Place the balls on a non-stick pan.
5 Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, based on how done you like them.
