Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 4 cup Water, tap, 4 cup Rotissary Chicken 1- Breast, no skin, 6 ounces 2- Chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed 2- Chicken Drumsticks, bone and skin removed2 cups Frozen Sweet Corn1 16oz Can Enchilada Sauce1 14 oz Can Rotel Tomatos with Chilis
Directions
Combine and heat to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes.
Optional - Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese
