6 tbsp. Butter or Margarine3-5 tbsp. Flour1tsp. salt1/8 tsp.2 c. Milk3-4 c. Ham5 servings of rice
(Make 5 servings of rice) Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan over low heat until bubbly (stir often!). Then add milk and ham and simmer over low heat until ham is cooked through.
Serve the ham and sauce over the rice.
