Ingredients
Take 1lb of large shrimip, boil and cut up smalldice or grate 1 boiled egg, add 1/2 to 1 cup of raw celery chopped fine, add 1/2 cup green olives chopped, and 1/4 cup raw onion, I prefer green onions tops and bottom and mix well with Mayonaise Kraft lite or dukes lite. Very well liked dish at party's or holiday's. It's low in fat and carbs. very tastey, be sure to add salt and pepper.
