1/2 REd pepper sliced in 1 in pieces1 package of Trader Joes Chicken-less Pulled ChickenTrader Joes Pistachio Nutmeats (roasted unsalted)12 grape tomatoes1/2 peach sliced up into 1in chunks1.5C of Fresh Spinach
Directions
Cook the Trader Joes Chkicken-less pulled chicken alone and let it stand for about two minutes. Mix other ingredients without the apple cider vinegar. Add the chicken-less pulled chicke,then the cider and toss.
