Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:Olive Oil, 1 tbsp.Garlic, 2 tsp. groundOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped, slicedShrimp, cooked, 8 ozBean sprouts, 2 cupBaby corn, 2 cupWaterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slicesAsparagus, fresh, 1 cupGinger Root, 2 tspCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) choppedYellow Bell Pepper, about 10 stripsYellow Squash, sliced, 1 cupCarrots, raw, .5 cup, choppedBroccoli, raw, .5 cup crownsSoy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat pan with Olive Oil. Add thawed shrimp and season in pan. Once browned, add remainder of ingredients one at a time and simmer until tender.
