Wheat lovers' dinner rolls

1 2/3 cups nonfat milk1.5 tbsp canola oil1.5 tbsp sugar4 cups whole wheat flour2 tbsp mashed potato flakes4 tsp gluten2 tsp salt1 tbsp bread machine yeast
Place wet ingredients in bread machine, followed by dry ingredients (add 2 tbsp water if using a wellbilt machine). Set to dough cycle. When machine is done, take dough out and divide into 16 rolls. Sit in oven to rise again for 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 just before rising time is over (remove rolls first). Then bake for 25 minutes; shape them however you like. My kids like me to use a muffin pan for a very simple circle roll.
