Homemade Turkey and Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 Tbs Baking Powder1 Tsp Salt12 oz Light Beer1/4 lb of 93% lean ground turkey1/4 cup chopped yellow onion1/4 cup chopped green onion1/4 cup chopped red onion1 cup raw spinach1tbs Extra Virgin Olive OilFurman's Pizza Sauce1 Cup Low fat shredded cheese
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and beer. Stir completely until dough is formed. Lightly flour and set aside.

Line a frying pan with a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, fry turkey until done. Set aside. Chop all veggies finely, except for spinach, and using pan drippings, sautee the veggies until tender. Set aside.

Shape the dough onto a lightly floured stone or greased (with lowfat spray) cookie sheet. Shape the dough as thick or as thin as you desire. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until dough is done baking. Remove from oven.

Top the cooked dough with the pizza sauce, turkey, sauteed vegetables, raw spinach, sprinkle pizza with one-cup low-fat cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted. Makes 8 large pieces.
