Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, peeled & very thinly sliced1 1/2 tsp salt1 cup light or reduced fat sour cream1 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickle1 Tbsp finely chopped onion finely chopped parsley1/4 tsp sugar
Directions
Combine cucumbers and salt well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight to draw out the liquid. Add other ingredients and mix well. Return to refrigerator to marinate for several hours.
