Salmon Spread

Ingredients
1/3 cup celery1/3 cup onion2 tbsps. light mayo1 5-oz pouch of Pink Salmon dash of salt and pepper
Directions
Empty salmon and any liquid in pouch into bowl and mash with fork.

Chop onion and celery and add to bowl. Sprinkle salt over vegetables and pepper.

Mix salmon with vegetables.

Add two tbps. of light mayo and mix.

(You could combine all this in food processor if you wanted a really smooth paté like salmon spread)
