shrimp scampi

Ingredients
I box of plus barilla pasta 2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp parsley dried1/2 cup white cooking wine juice of 1 lemon 24 oz shrimp3 cloves of garlic chopped3 Tbsp of shallots chopped3 Tbsp of salt1 Tbsp of pepper1 tsp of red pepper flakes (opt)2 Tbsp of promise "butter"
Directions
Start boiling your noodles first. Then salt and pepper your shrimp and set aside. In a large pan cook your shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes in butter and 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Once the shallots are translucent add shrimp and cook until hot. Remove shrimp and set aside. Then add white wine, parsley and juice of lemon to pan. Let simmer for about 30 sec then add shrimp back in, noodles and remainder of olive oil. Stir and enjoy!
