100% whole wheat pepperoni pizza

Ingredients
5 cups whole wheat flour1 tbsp + 1.5 tsp bread machine yeast1.5 tsp sea salt2 cups warm water2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp sugarFor Toppings:4 cups Ragu spaghetti sauce2 cups lowfat mozzarella cheese36 pepperoni slices20 jumbo black olives, sliced
Directions
In a large mixing bowl stir together dry ingredients. Put wet ingredients into bread machine. Cover with dry ingredient mixture. Set to dough cycle. In about 90 minutes, or when cycle ends, remove dough, divide evenly, and spread onto 2 pizza pans. Let sit five minutes while preheating oven. Cover pizza with sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese and toppings are super melty. Let pizza sit 5 minutes before cutting.
