Ingredients
whole wheat noodles, part-skim ricotta cheese, egg, spinach, mushrooms, veggies to taste, marinara sauce, part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Boil noodles, mix egg w/ricotta cheese & add spices to taste, layer mushrooms, noodles, sauce, cheese & spinach. Top layer cheese, bake for an hour. It is great to freeze leftovers for a later time!
