Veggie and Pork Chow Mein

1 lb boneless pork chops cut into cubes1 pack of chow mein noodles (6 oz)1 small can of mushrooms1 tsp chicken soup base or bouillion1 tbl reduced sodium soy sauce1 bag of sugar snap stir fry vegetable (16 0z)1 bag of 3 pepper and onion mix (12 oz)
Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. In a wok or large deep frying pan cook the pork until it is almost done. Add the vegetables and seasonings and cook until done to your taste. Remove from heat, mix with the noodles and serve.
