Ingredients
Add 1 Tbsp Chia seeds to 4 Tbsp water and allow to sit until it turns to gel.To blender add; 2 cups chopped Kale, fresh or frozen1 chopped peach or mango or pineapple2 Tbsp. ground flax seedBlend for at least 30 seconds until thoroughly blended and smooth.Add the Chia Seed gel and one frozen bananaBlend again for 30 seconds and enjoy.For an extra creamy smoothie you can add 1/2 cup of O% Greek yogurt.
