Beef Broccoli teriyaki

Ingredients
1 lb. chuck steak sliced thin5 cloves garlic diced 1 thumb size ginger diced1 red hot pepper sliced1 Anaheim pepper sliced1 zucchini sliced1 carrot cut on the diagonal3 stalks celery cut on the diagonal1 head broccoli florets1 onion Chinese sliced with grain1 lb. crimini mushrooms sliced1 tsp. sesame oilMarinade¼ cup marsala wine or white grape and peach juice½ cup very very teriyaki
Directions
Instructions
Place sliced meat in marinade for 3-4 hours
Stir fry meat until browned and drain grease. Then add veggies, then add garlic and onions cook until color brightens not mushy, add sesame oil mix in heat through then take 1 tbs. Corn starch add it to left over marinade and enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour liquid into wok and cook until a light gravy forms, serve with curried rice
