Ingredients
Beans, white, 16 oz, rinsed and drained*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tspLime Juice, 2 tsp*Cumin seed, 1 tspGarlic, 2 cloves, mincedArugula, 0.25 cupSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth. Serve as a dip with veggies, crackers, pitas, or bread
