Oat Bread. Low salt

Ingredients
1.5 C sugar.5 C oil1 tsp. salt1.5 T. blackstrap molasses, or other kind.2 C milk4.5 C water6 C oat flour, or rolled or quick oats ground in blender.23 C white flour, app. More or less to make nice dough.
Directions
Put sugar, oil, salt, and molasses in a big bowl. Heat milk and water together till just too hot to hold your finger in. Pour into the bowl, and mix together. Add the oat flour and a bit of the white flour. Mix. Add yeast. Add eggs. Mix. Add the rest of the flour, more or less, till the dough is nicely kneadable. Knead for about 10 min. Let rise for 1 hr. Punch down. Let rise 20-30 min. Oil 6 or 7 big bread pans, or 9 small ones. Divide dough into approximately the same size each of the number of loaves you're making. Put in the pans. Let rise 45 min. - 1 hr. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Put butter on the top of the hot bread. Let completely cool before you bag it.
