Sweet Potato & Radish Hash

Ingredients
4oz cooked chicken breast1.5 cup sliced raw sweet potato1/3 large yellow pepper4 large radishes1 clove garlicgreen onionssalt, pepper, other seasonings to tastetsp coconut oil
Directions
melt coconut oil in large skillet, add sliced sweet potatoes, stir frequently. Add radishes, then yellow pepper. Add salt & Pepper (as well as any other seasoning you like - I like to use Italian seasoning or cumin). Cook to desired doneness. Add chicken, garlic and scalions cook for another 1-2 minutes (just enough to warm up the chicken).

Serve.
