LC Egg Salad

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 8 large (chopped)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 80 grams Yellow Mustard, 15 grams *Mt. Olive No Sugar Added Sweet Relish, 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop eggs coarsely. Add mayo, pickle relish (be sure to use a sugar free brand), and mustard. Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve on bed of lettuce, or sliced tomato.
