Big Mac in a Bowl (Low Carb)

Ingredients
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 2 cups (shredded)*Onions, dehydrated flakes, .5 tbsp (rehydrated with water)Dill Pickles, 46 grams (roughly chopped)Ground beef, 5 oz (cooked weight)American Cheese, 1.5 slice (3/4 oz) (remove)
Directions
Shred lettuce and place in a large bowl. Cover the dehydrated onion with a small amount of water and let sit for a few minutes. After the water has absorbed put onions on top of lettuce. Chop pickles and add to salad. For the meat you can either brown the meat in a skillet, drain the fat then melt the cheese over the meat. Or what I usually do is grill or fry hamburger patties. Melt cheese over burgers. Cut into bite sized pieces and put on salad. 5 oz. cooked weight is approximately 1 1/2 (4oz) patties. Top with 2T. Low Carb Thousand Salad Dressing. Mix and enjoy. SOOO delicious!
