Ground Beef (extra lean)- 2 lb. Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) finely choppedGreen Peppers 8 cup, strips finely choppedBrown Sugar 1/4c. packed Pepper, black 1/4tsp Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet Soy Sauce, 2 pkts.
Start browning ground beef. Chop onions and peppers and stir into meat. Continue browning until well done. Drain fat off the meat. Stir in the brown sugar and heat thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for minimum of five minutes. If want to serve later place in crockpot on low heat until ready to serve.
