Overnight Apple Breakfast Cobbler

Ingredients
6 apples, cored and sliced1 Tbsp coconut oil1/2 cup coconut milk1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut1/2 cup raisins1 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Grease the bottom of the crockpot with the coconut oil. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into the crockpot, set it on low and allow to cook overnight.
