South Beach Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower1/4 cup parmesan cheesepinch of salt and pepper1/2 cup milk1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cook cauliflower until tender and drain all water.

Add milk, olive oil, salt and pepper and mash with potato masher.

Add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and mix.
