Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 large*Chouchou, Chayote fruit, 500 gram(s)Zucchini, 500 gramsCabbage, fresh, 175 gramsCabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 2 leaf*fresh cauliflour, 1 cupBroccoli, fresh, 3 spear (about 5" long)Green Beans (snap), 0.5 cupWater, tap, 1500 mLOnions, raw, Chopped small 1 largeGarlic, 1 clove, minced*Corn Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop all veggies
Sautée onions and garlic in oil
Add all other ingredients
Bring to a boil
Simmer for a while
