10 oz frozen spinach thawed2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 cup cheddar cheese1 tsp garlic powder4 large eggs1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 cup milk1 9" pie crust thawed1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix thawed spinach, mushrooms, garlic powder and cheddar cheese together in large bowl.
Whisk together sour cream, milk and eggs
Add to spinach mixture
Pour into thawed pie crust
Bake 40 min or until knife comes out clean at 375 degrees
