Chicken Parmesan Tenders (by HNYBUN128)

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breats 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted1 cup grated parmesan cheese1 tablespoon dried parsley 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2) In a small to medium bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, and oregano.

3) Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch strips.

4) Dip chicken strips in butter, then roll in parmesan mix.

5) Place chicken on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. (I prefer olive oil spray.)

6) Bake chicken for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
