Salmon patties

Ingredients
15 oz canned salmon1/3 C whole grain saltines, crushed1 slightly beaten egg2T chopped onion1T lemon juice2T milkLight butter
Directions
Spray skillet with butter flavored spray. Melt 2 T light butter into skillets. Shape into five patties and add to skillet. Cooked until browned and crisp (about 3 mins per side)
