Lean Ground Beef Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 pound of lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/2 cup milk1/2 cup mayonnaise2 cups Four Cheese Mexican blend1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions
1. In a skillet cook ground beef and onion, until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain.
2. Stir in salt, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, and mayonnaise; stir into meat mixture.
4. Fold in cheese.
5. Pour into pastry shell.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
7. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
