Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
2 15-5-oz. cans garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained and dried1 1/2 Tbsp. canola or olive oil
Directions
Toss thoroughly dried beans with canola oil, and salt or seasonings as desired. Bake at 400 degrees F until toasted and crispy.
