Ingredients
quinoapeasswiss chard or other greensmushrooms-any kindlemon juicemiso pasteonionsavocadossalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the quinoa and set aside to cool
saute peas, swiss chard, lemon juice and miso in pan
add sauted veggis to quinoa and mix
add salt and pepper to taste
garnish with raw onion and avocado
