Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
32 oz original egg beaters1 1/3 c Kraft 2% cheddar cheese2 red onions2 bell peppers12 oz jimmy dean reduced fat sausage16 corn tortillas
Directions
Heat large skillet, brown sausage.
Chop onion and bell pepper. Add to skillet. Cook well.
Place sausage mix into a bowl.
Add Egg Beaters to the skillet, cook.
Roll tortilla with egg, meat mixture, and cheese in parchment paper. Freeze until ready to use. Microwave to cook.

Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, avocado
