Cook:8 to 9 Medium white potatos2 to 4 cups fresh Green BeadsSauce:14 oz soft Tofu3 cup Rice Milk1/2 teaspoon Garlic power1/2 teaspoon Onion power1/4 cup Fresh Dill cut up1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt1/2 Tablespoon Vegetarian Better then Bouillon
Cooked potato and beans (do NOT over cook the potato and beans)
As the potatos and beans are cooking, put Soft Tofu, Rice Milk, Pepper, Salt and Dill in the blender until mix well for the sauce.
Add the sauce to the cooked potato and beans and boil to a boil. It's ready to eat.
Serving Size: Makes 4 2 cup servings
