1.5 pounds fresh spinach1 T. sesame oil1 T. canola oil 1 t. sugar2 T. wine vinegar3 T. soy sauce1 t. mustard
Cook the spinach and drain well, squeezing out excess water. Mix remaining ingredients and stir ino spinach. May be served warm or cold. Serves 4.
