Tangy Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1 Cup plain Greek-style Yogurt1 Cup 1% low-fat Buttermilk1 medium ripe Avocado1 large fresh Zucchini3 Cups fresh Spinach1-1/2 tsp. fresh Lemon Juice1/2 tsp. Onion Powder1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder2 tsp. Turbinado Sugar
Directions
Finely blend the zucchini and spinach in a food processor. Then add the avocado, lemon juice, yogurt and buttermilk and blend all together. Whisk in the spices and sugar, add salt and pepper to taste. Makes approximately 1 quart of dressing.
