2.5 cups old fashioned oats2 eggs2 bananas1/2 cup sweetener I used 1/4 sugar and 1/4 cup agave1/2 cup mixed frozen berries1 greek yogurt single serving container any flavor1 tsp vanilla1.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda1 tbls chia seeds
mix all together in blender and pour in 12 muffin cups (spray or use liners)
bake @ 375 for 20-25 min
