Asian Ground Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken extra lean6-8 green onion white and green dicedwhole red bellpepper dicedcan of water chestnuts diced small2 tsp sesame oil1/4 cup low sodium soy saucefresh ginger grated 1 tsp2 tbl hoison sauce16 butter lettuce leafs about 2 heads
Directions
cook chicken until done, drain and put back in pan. Add soy sauce, hoison sauce, green onion, bellpepper, sesame oil, water chestnuts, and ginger and cook for about 2 min untill bellpepper is soft.
