Ingredients
With a fork, mix together the mayo, mustard, and pepper. Mince the onion and chives and add to the previous mixture. Roughly chop the hard boiled eggs and mix in. You can enjoy it right away, but the flavor seems to get even better after the ingredients can marry for awhile in the fridge.
