Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I use Chobani)2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded1 clove garlic, minced3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeņo pepper2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (or more to taste)1/4 teaspoon ground cuminSalt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Toss all ingredients (after chopping jalapenos, cilantro and garlic and seeding/peeling avocados, of course) into the the blender or food processor and pulse/blend until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: Makes approx 12 oz, I estimate about 6 2-oz servings
