8 oz Chicken breast, boneless, no skin cut into 2inch cubesGarlic, 4 cloves, mincedExtra virgin olive oil, 1 TblsRed peppers roasted approx 3 whole, Sliced into thin stripsChicken base, 1 tspWater 1 cup Italian seasoning
Add olive oil & garlic to sauté pan. Cook until garlic is golden in color. Remove garlic with slotted spoon. Add chicken to pan, sauté until browned on all sides, approx 8 minutes. Return garlic to pan, add remaining ingredients to pan. Stir until chicken base is desolved. Simmer aprox 10 min. Or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
