Directions
Mishmash all the ingredients and serve with Frito’s Corn Chips, Celery, Carrots, Red & Yellow Bell Pepper Strips, Etc.. (Nutritional value does not include corn chips and vegetables.)

    I made a similar recipe (2 cans shoepeg corn, 8 oz light cream cheese, 8 oz light sour cream, 4 ounce light mayo, 1 can diced green chiles, 1/2 onion chopped, cilantro, taco seasoning, light shredded cheese) and I LOVED it. The bad thing is that I ate almost the whole thing. - 11/10/08
