Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
*organic roma tomato, 5 lbs Salt, 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar, .5 cup *Organic Green Bell Pepper, Raw, 2 cup *Onion, White Large Garlic, 2 clove *galic and herb mrs dash, 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chopped everything and put in big pot. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes and then put on low for another 15 minutes stiring ocassionally until the green peppers slightly lose their bright green color. Cool for about 15 minutes and eat. I like to refrigerate this and eat the next day, Then I can the rest in mason jars for later use.
