Chicken and fruit salad

Ingredients
3 Chicken breast, boiled1 c. seedless grapes1/2 c. apples, peeled and chopped1/4 c. celery, chopped4-6 Tbsp Fat Free Mayo1/4 c. onion, chopped (optional)Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil chicken and shredded or chop into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.

Serve over lettuce for a nice meal.
