Oven Baked "Crab" French Fries

These are called crab fries because of the Old Bay seasoning, which is often used on crab. I had a much unhealthier version of these fries in Philadelphia.The paprika gives the fries a nice color after they are cooked.Season to your taste, this is just how I prefer my fries:Potato, raw, 3 largeLight Olive Oil, 1 tbsp )Parmesan Cheese 3 TbspPaprika, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, .5 tsp Basil, .5 tsp.Salt, 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 1 tsp.Pepper, black, .25 tsp =
Preheat oven to 450
Scrub potatoes well
Cut into thin "Fast food" fry size
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix with potatoes to coat
Drizzle with olive oil, mix to coat
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper. Cook for 35 minutes (checking often as ovens vary) or until golden brown and crispy.
