Mac N Cheese with a Cajun kick

1 package of whole wheat elbow pasta1 cup non fat milk1 large egg1 stick of light butter - melted2 cups of shredded mozzarella (part skim)2 cups of shredded co-jack Cajun seasoning
Preheat oven 350
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Combine melted butter, milk and egg. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of the noodles in the pan. Top with 1/2 butter/milk/egg mixture. Season with cajun seasoning and top with mozzarella cheese. Repeat with remaining noodles, egg mixture, seasoning and co-jack.
Bake covered 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Serving Size: Makes between 15-18 servings
