Strognoff Ground Turkey and Beef

Ingredients
4 oz Turkey Ground 12 oz Beef Ground Lean 1 can of cream of mushroom soup2 cups sour cream fat reduced1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped onion3 cups un cooked macaroni salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions
Chop celery and onion and cook in a pan in cooking spray until just tender.
Bring a pot of water to a boil; add macaroni and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain and place back in pot adding the soup, milk and sour cream. Stir well.
Place celery and onion in casserole dish; use same pan to brown meats. Make sure to chop meat while browning; you want it crumbly. Drain meat and rinse with hot water. Add to macaroni pot. Add celery and onions and mix well.
Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 6o minutes. Serve and enjoy.
