Beef & Veggie Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef1/2 cup of banana peppers, chopped1 raw carrot, sliced or shredded1 tomato, chopped4 whole wheat tortillastaco seasoning of your choicelow-sugar salsa to taste, up to 2 tbsp per tortilla
Directions
Brown the beef and drain. Pat dry and follow instructions for adding the taco seasoning. Lay out your tortillas and place an equal amount of the beef mix in each one. Then add your favorite toppings.

Wrap the burrito up and enjoy. One serving is one tortilla. Nutrition is calculated based on one burrito with 1/8 of all ingredients.
